汽车轻量化及其材料的经济选用

摘要(Abstract):
汽车"减重节能"是汽车行业的发展趋势,而汽车材料、设计和工艺是实现汽车轻量化的主要技术途径。本文回顾了汽车用材料的发展史,从材料的技术成熟度出发,对未来汽车轻量化材料的选用进行了预测,多材料是今后汽车材料选用的战略,高强度钢和轻质材料的应用将越来越多。结合我国汽车的发展和宝钢在高强度钢方面的实践,重点介绍了作为汽车轻量化主导材料高强度钢的发展情况。
