超高强钢板与铝合金薄板自冲铆连接工艺研究Study on the Technologies of Self Piercing Riveting Connection Between Ultra High Strength Steel Plate and Aluminum Alloy Sheet

摘要(Abstract):
钢铝异种金属连接技术是钢铝混合车身轻量化开发难点之一,特别是超高强钢板与铝合金薄板自冲铆连接技术。通过对接头剖面底厚量和自锁量的分析,研究自冲铆工艺参数对接头质量的影响。通过剪切和剥离拉伸实验研究自冲铆接头失效载荷和能量吸收,分析结构失效形式和应用条件。实验研究和生产现场调试,获得超高强钢板与铝合金薄板自冲铆可靠连接,实现料厚均为1.2 mm的BR1500HS与铝合金薄板自冲铆技术首次应用于量产车型。
