高能球磨碳/铜复合粉末的致密化工艺研究Densification of C/Cu Composite Powders Prepared by High-Energy Ball Milling

摘要(Abstract):
通过机械合金化方法成功制备了碳/铜复合粉末,使用冷压成形和放电等离子烧结(SPS)2种工艺制备块状试样。结果表明,在140MPa下温度为500℃时,SPS烧结所得试样的相对密度可达97.44%,比1.5G Pa下冷静压成形所得试样的密度高出11%。同样条件下,硬度可达239.33HV左右,是冷静压成形所得试样硬度的2倍。
